This website is managed, operated and supported by Station 99 L.L.C. (“Station 99”, “We” or “Us”). This Privacy Policy contains information regarding how Station 99 collects and uses personal information. We only collects a very limited amount of personal information to deliver its services. To the extent We do collect any information we will not share your personally identifiable information with anyone, except as specified in this Privacy Policy for purposes of delivering these Services to you. Please note that Personal Information generally includes, but is not limited to, a person’s name, address, email address, phone number, and any other information that is able to identify an individual.

We operate on a few fundamental principles:

The third parties we select to use may have access to your information only for the purpose of supporting our services and have similar expectations with caring for privacy information. As of the date of this policy we utilizes the following third party tools: google analytics, AWS Azure.

Collection and Use of Information

Your use of the Services may result in certain Personal Information collected or used by us or third parties we employ to assist in delivering services.

We may use the information (whether or not deemed Personal or not) collected for several purposes, including but not limited to:

Contests and Promotions

If you participate in one of the hosted Contests or Promotions, you agree that a limited amount of your personal information namely name, and email will be shared with the host of the Contest or Promotion for the limited purposes of determining eligibility and notifying you if you are the award winner.
